Showcasing the talent of several writers and artists, Ishtar Magazine online is a collaborative effort to create and promote our original fiction.

We here at Ishtar Magazine are a group of writers, artists, gamers, and other creative sorts working together in order to create an online magazine that encompasses a wide range of fiction, artwork, game reviews, movie reviews and more: all geared for the “adult” reader.

We believe that the market in general has become too saturated with goods and services aimed for the pre-teen and teenaged market, leaving adults with watered-down, censored and in some cases, just plain boring entertainment options. We are adults, and we want to cater to other adults that enjoy a level of maturity, sophistication and creativity in their reading, while still having an appreciation for fun and new ideas. Just because we’re all grown-ups doesn’t mean we’ve become boring. Nor do we think the term “Adult” should automatically be tossed into the porn bin.
